- Yet another newbie blogger. Well, everyone else is doing it so I might as well join in. This blog will primarily focus on my trials and tribulations of umpiring in a local cricket league. I've just passed my level one ECB ACO exams so this will be my first 'official' season. I'll post as often as I can and may also include some bits and pieces on my convoluted personal life. Hopefully, recreational cricketers of all levels can appreciate some of the things that I'll talk about. Enjoy.
